以科研带动课程分层分类教学的改革与实践——以“生物技术大实验”课为例
The Reform and Practice of Teaching Hierarchical and Classified Courses Driven by Scientific Research——Taking the Course of “Biotechnology Experiment” as an Example
【摘要】 “生物技术大实验”是高等学校生物技术专业的一门专业必修课程.将对鸡β-防御素7的研究与“生物技术大实验”课程相结合,采用分层分类教学模式,从实验对象、实验准备、实验内容体系设计、教学要求、考核方式等方面进行调整和优化,从各个方面为提升学生生物技术实验能力提供保障.为科研带动教学、为生物技术学生实验能力培养提供了范例.
【Abstract】 “Biotechnology comprehensive experiment”is a professional required course of biotechnology major. Combining the research in the beta defensin 7 gene of chicken and“biotechnology comprehensive experiment”curriculum, the course was adjusted and optimized from the aspects including experimental subject,experiment preparation, experiment content system design, teaching requirements, examination mode, employing hierarchical and calssified teaching mode, to ensure the improvement of students’ ability of biotechnology experiment. It is a good example for the teaching progress driven by scientific research and the cultivation of the experimental ability of biotechnology students.
