【摘要】 目的 探讨石墨烯促红泌系统(graphene erythrocrine enhance system,GEES)辅助镇痛药物缓解癌性疼痛的疗效，寻找客观评价癌性疼痛缓解程度的敏感指标。方法 选取2020-07-10-2022-08-01山东大学齐鲁医院肿瘤科住院患者60例，均为重度癌性疼痛，常规使用镇痛药物，疗效欠佳的患者，辅助使用GEES后，对比分析患者心率、血压、α-唾液淀粉酶(SAA)活性、主诉疼痛程度分级法(VRS)等变化情况。结果 GEES使用后患者心率(78.80±11.11)次/分，低于GEES使用前的(84.13±11.10)次/分，差异有统计学意义，t=54.93,P<0.001;GEES使用后患者收缩压(123.28±14.82) mm Hg,低于GEES使用前收缩压(130.15±14.97) mm Hg,差异有统计学意义，t=64.44,P<0.001;GEES使用后患者舒张压(75.55±10.23) mm Hg,低于GEES使用前舒张压(81.53±9.69) mm Hg,差异有统计学意义，t=57.23,P<0.001;GEES使用后患者VRS评分(1.80±0.63)分，低于GEES使用前的(2.92±0.74)分，t=22.05,P<0.001。GEES使用后SAA活性为(17 497.47±13 145.04) U/mL,较使用前(6 115.20±3493.43) U/mL水平高，差异有统计学意义，t=10.31,P<0.001。使用GEES作用时长越长用后SAA活性越高。30 min组和60 min组SAA活性分别为(7 599.60±2 764.77) U/mL和(22 446.40±13 502.58) U/mL,t=-6.68,P<0.001,相关系数r=0.54,P<0.01。使用GEES作用时长越长用后VRS评分越低。30 min组及60 min组患者用后VRS评分分别为(2.10±0.64)分及(1.65±0.58)分，t=2.65,P<0.05,相关系数r=-0.34,P<0.01。本研究认为，GEES在辅助缓解重度癌痛中有效果。结论 GEES在辅助缓解癌性疼痛中效果显著，适当延长GEES使用时间可提高镇痛效果。SAA可作为评价癌性疼痛的客观指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical application indications of Graphene Erythrocrine Enhance System(GEES) and its effect of assisting in the relief of cancer pain, and to find a sensitive index to objectively evaluate the relief degree of cancer pain.Method From July 10,2020 to August 12,2022,60 inpatients in the oncology department of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University were selected.All of them were patients with severe cancer pain, who were treated with analgesic drugs routinely and had poor efficacy.After the auxiliary use of GEES,the changes of heart rate, blood pressure, a-Salivary amylase(SAA) activity, and verbal rating scale(VRS) and so on were compared and analyzed.Results After GEES,the heart rate of patients was(78.80±11.11) times/minute, lower than that before GEES use(84.13±11.10) times/minute, t=54.93,P<0.001; The blood pressure of patients after GEES use(systolic blood pressure 123.28±14.82,diastolic blood pressure 75.55±10.23) mm Hg, lower than that before GEES use(systolic blood pressure 130.15±14.97,diastolic blood pressure 81.53±9.69) mm Hg, systolic blood pressure t=64.44,diastolic blood pressure t=57.23,P<0.001; The VRS score of patients after GEES use was(1.80±0.63),lower than that before GEES use(2.92±0.74),t=22.05,P<0.001.After GEES use SAA activity was(17 497.47±13 145.04) U/mL,which was higher than the level of(6 115.20±3 493.43) U/mL before use, t=10.31,P<0.001.The longer GEES was used, the higher SAA activity was.SAA activity in 30 min group and 60 min group was(7 599.60±2 764.77)U/mL and(22 446.40±13 502.58)U/mL respectively,t=-6.68,P<0.001,correlation coefficient r=0.54,P<0.01.The longer the GEES was used,the lower the VRS score was.The VRS scores of patients in 30min group and 60min group were 2.10±0.64and1.65±0.58respectively,t=2.65,P<0.05,and the correlation coefficient r=-0.34,P<0.01.This study believed that GEES is effective in assisting in relieving severe cancer pain.Conclusions GEES is effective in assisting in relieving cancer pain,and appropriately prolonging the use time of GEES can improve the analgesic effect.SAA activity can be used as an objective index to evaluate cancer pain.更多还原
