用花蛤壳制备水杨酸钙的工艺研究

【摘要】 使用花蛤壳制备有机酸钙,可实现对废弃优质钙资源的回收利用,增加经济收益,减少废物的堆积,对环境起到了保护作用,是现代绿色环保可持续发展战略的体现。本文以废弃的花蛤壳为原料,使其与水杨酸在水浴加热的条件下直接反应制备水杨酸钙,并采用单因素实验和正交实验研究其最佳工艺。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为反应温度80℃、反应时间1.5 h、液固比20∶1、水杨酸用量为花蛤壳质量的200%。使用钙指示剂滴定产品测得的最高纯度为94.08%。

【Abstract】 The use of clam shells for the preparation of calcium organic acids can achieve the recycling of a large amount of waste high-quality calcium resources and increase economic returns, while also reducing the accumulation of waste and playing a protective role for the environment, which is the embodiment of modern green and sustainable development strategies. In this paper, waste clam shells were used as reaction raw materials with salicylic acid to prepare calcium salicylate under the condition of water bath heating. The single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used to study the optimum process. The results showed that the optimum conditions were reaction temperature 80 ℃, reaction time 1.5 h, liquid-solid ratio 20∶1, and the amount of salicylic acid 200% of the mass of clam shell. The highest purity measured by titrating the product with calcium indicator is 94.08%.
