碳水化合物通过调节肠道微生物区系改善肥胖相关代谢综合征的研究进展
Research Progress of Carbohydrates in Improving Obesity and Related Metabolic Syndrome by Regulating Intestinal Microflora
【摘要】 肥胖及相关代谢综合征都被认为与人体、人体的肠道微生物区系和环境之间的脱轨失衡有关,而利用饮食维持微生物区系多样性和平衡性是促进人类健康的关键。本文综述了利用膳食碳水化合物调节肠道微生物区系改善3种代谢疾病(肥胖症、非酒精性肥胖性肝病和Ⅱ型糖尿病)的研究进展,以期为针对性地利用膳食成分调节微生物区系稳态、促进人体健康提供思路。
【Abstract】 Obesity and related metabolic syndrome are considered to be related to the derailment imbalance between the human body, the intestinal microflora and the research progress on the environment, and the use of diet to maintain the diversity and balance of microflora is the key to promote human health. The use of dietary carbohydrates to regulate intestinal microflora to improve three metabolic diseases(obesity, non-alcoholic obese liver disease and type 2 diabetes) was summarized in this paper, in order to provide ideas for the targeted use of dietary components to regulate the homeostasis of microflora and promote human health.
