北方地区平房仓粳稻内环流控温技术试验

【摘要】 本文对北方地区平房仓粳稻内环流控温技术的应用进行了研究。根据沈阳市所处地理位置的气候特点,通过将内环流控温技术等储粮技术应用于粳稻储藏,不仅将水分减量损耗控制在0.5个百分点以内,而且确保粳稻在储藏期间长期处于低温或准低温储藏状态,避免了储藏期间可能出现的品质劣变、等级下降,确保轮换后的粳稻依然适应口粮消费需求。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the application of internal circulation temperature control technology of warehouse japonica rice storage in northern area was studied. According to the climatic characteristics of the geographical location of Shenyang city, the application of the internal circulation temperature control technology to the storage of japonica rice not only controls the water loss loss within 0.5%, but also ensures that the japonica rice is stored in a low temperature or quasi-low temperature storage state for a long time during the storage period. Avoid quality deterioration and grade decline that may occur during storage, and ensure that the rotated japonica rice still meets the needs of ration consumption.
