鸢尾素(Irisin):运动诱导骨骼肌自噬的新靶点

【摘要】 运动在促进健康和减轻与年龄有关疾病等方面发挥有益作用。然而,阐明这其中细胞水平的分子基础是非常必要的。人类和啮齿类动物研究已证实运动促进自噬反应,致使骨骼肌基础自噬水平上调,并且自噬过程是不可或缺的,以提高运动诱导代谢水平和潜在的健康效益。2012年发现鸢尾素至今,通常情况下,鸢尾素是通过促进机体自噬反应对人体产生诸多有益效果。系统地分析了运动诱导骨骼肌自噬过程和鸢尾素诱导自噬反应相关内容,提出运动致使骨骼肌分泌鸢尾素增多,鸢尾素通过激活AMPK表达,激活AMPK/mTOR/Ulk1通路调控骨骼肌自噬反应的可能分子机制。

【Abstract】 Exercise plays a positive role in promoting health and alleviating age-related diseases. However, it is necessary to elucidate the molecular basis of this at the cellular level. Some studies on humans and rodents have demonstrated that exercise promotes autophagy responses, leading to up-regulation of skeletal muscle basal autophagy. Moreover, the autophagy process is essential to improve exercise-induced metabolism and potential health benefits. Since the discovery of Irisin in 2012,normally, Irisin produces many beneficial effects on the human body by promoting autophagy. This paper systematically analyzes the process of exercise-induced skeletal muscle autophagy and the related contents of irisin Induced autophagy response, and puts forward the possible molecular mechanism of exercise-induced increased secretion of Irisin in skeletal muscle. Irisin regulates skeletal muscle autophagy response by activating AMPK expression and AMPK/mTOR/Ulk1 pathway.
