【Abstract】 The report of the 19th National Congress of the CPC proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. The rural revitalization requires building the foundation of rural economy and improving the living standard of farmers.The construction of agricultural e-commerce network platform is one of the effective measures to broaden agricultural marketing channels,so priority must be given to the development of agricultural cold chain transportation logistics.
