【Abstract】 Foodborne diseases are a public health problem of global concern,especially in countries with relatively backward economy.Foodborne diseases are an important factor endangering human health,and the causes of foodborne diseases are closely related to food safety.In order to better promote the sustainable development of catering enterprises,we should take food safety as the starting point and foothold of public health,formulate corresponding control strategies and management mechanisms,and avoid the occurrence of foodborne diseases.This paper mainly focuses on foodborne disease control and catering food safety management strategies.更多还原
