聚乙烯亚胺纳米银的制备及饮料中亮蓝的检测应用
Preparation of polyethyleneimine silver nanoparticles and their application for detecting brilliant blue in beverage
【摘要】 目的 制备一种高稳定性、带正电荷的纳米银(nano silver,Ag NPs)用作表面增强拉曼散射(surface-enhanced Raman scattering,SERS)光谱基底材料,建立饮料中阴离子色素亮蓝的快速检测方法 。方法 本研究以硝酸银作为银源、聚乙烯亚胺(polyethyleneimine,PEI)为还原剂,密封气相顶空瓶作为反应容器,在160℃的油浴中,利用密封体系亚临界水热法,仅需10 min即可快速得到形貌、粒径分布均一的聚乙烯亚胺包覆的纳米银(polyethyleneimine coated nano-silver,PEI@Ag NPs)。将其通过简单的浸泡-吸附组装至滤纸上制得到三维SERS基底(polyethyleneimine coated nano-silver-three-dimensional SERS surface,PEI@Ag NPs-3D)。结果 该法制备的PEI@Ag NPs表面带正电荷,其Zeta电位高达+44.3 m V,且具有良好的抗氧化性能,在空气中存放3个月SERS活性保持不变;PEI@Ag NPs-3D成功用于饮料中亮蓝的分析测检测,检出限为0.022 mg/L,该方法 在亮蓝0.1~10.0 mg/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,测得实际样品芬达饮料中亮蓝的含量与国家标准方法 检测结果 基本一致。结论 该法制备的PEI@AgNPs稳定性好,利用其构建的PEI@AgNPs-3D SERS基底建立了阴离子亮蓝分析方法 ,成功用于饮料中亮蓝的检测。
【Abstract】 Objective To prepare a high stability and positive charged nano silver(AgNPs), which was used as surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) spectral substrate to establish a rapid detection method for anionic pigment brilliant blue in beverage. Methods In this study, silver nitrate was used as silver source,polyethyleneimine(PEI) was used as reducing agent, and sealed gas-phase headspace bottle was used as reaction vessel, the polyethyleneimine coated nano-silver(PEI@AgNPs) with uniform morphology and particle size distribution was quickly prepared through sealing system subcritical hydrothermal method in 160 ℃ oil bath, just needed 10 min. The PEI@AgNPs was assembled on filter paper by simple immersion-adsorption to prepare three-dimensional SERS substrate(PEI@AgNPs-3D). Results The surface of PEI@AgNPs prepared by this method was positively charged, it’s Zeta potential was up to +44.3 mV, and it showed excellent inoxidizability, whose SERS activity can keep unchanged for 3 months in air; the PEI@AgNPs-3D was successfully used for the analysis and detection of brilliant blue in beverage, the limit of detection was 0.022 mg/L and this method showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of brilliant blue between 0.1-10.0 mg/L, and the detection result of brilliant blue in the actual sample fanta beverage was basically consistent with that of the national standard method.Conclusion The PEI@AgNPs which is prepared by this method has high stability, the anionic bright blue analysis method is established by using the PEI@AgNPs-3D SERS substrate constructed by PEI@AgNPs, and successfully applies to the detection of bright blue in beverages
