【摘要】 目的：分析保护性睡眠护理对新生儿高胆红素血症不适症状及睡眠时间的影响。方法：选取2020年2月至2022年2月龙岩市第一医院收治的高胆红素血症新生儿98例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组49例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组在对照组护理的基础上增加保护性睡眠护理。比较2组新生儿黄疸指数和血清胆红素水平、睡眠时间、不适症状以及遵医行为。结果：护理1周后，观察组黄疸指数和血清胆红素水平均低于对照组，睡眠时间长于对照组，2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组不适症状比对照组少，观察组遵医行为比对照组好，2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论：对高胆红素血症新生儿采取保护性睡眠护理干预效果显著，可有效改善新生儿的临床症状，增加睡眠时间，且不适症状相对较少，新生儿也较为配合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effect of protective sleep care on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia discomfort and sleep time.Methods:According to the random number table method, 98 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia admitted to Longyan First Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were divided into observation group and control group, with 49 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine nursing, while the observation group was added protective sleep nursing.Neonatal jaundice index, serum bilirubin level, sleep time, discomfort and compliance behavior were compared between the two groups.Results:After 1 week of nursing, jaundice index and serum bilirubin level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(Ps<0.05),and the sleep time of observation group was longer than that of control group(P<0.05).The discomfort symptoms of the observation group were less than those of the control group, and the compliance behavior of observation group was better than that of control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the protective sleep nursing intervention, the effect is significant, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, adjust the sleep, and the discomfort is relatively less, the newborn is also more cooperative.更多还原
