【摘要】 目的:研究分析舒适护理模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)患者急诊护理中对效果应用对患者睡眠的调节作用。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年1月山东省五莲县人民医院收治的AECOPD患者64例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组32例。对照组进行常规护理，观察组进行舒适护理，对2组的1 s用力呼气容积、1 s用力呼气容积/用力肺活量、睡眠质量变化进行观察和比较。结果:2组AECOPD患者接受护理干预前各项肺功能水平比较差异无统计学意义，接受护理干预后均有明显改善;观察组32例AECOPD患者的肺功能水平改善情况显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);通过对患者进行护理质量评分的比较，其中对照组患者中护理质量、巡回护理、护理安全、仪器设备管理评分分别为(78.53±3.24)、(82.15±2.18)、(82.37±3.52)、(82.38±1.09)分，观察组患者中护理质量、巡回护理、护理安全、仪器设备管理评分分别为(94.24±3.24)、(95.61±4.85)、(95.38±3.49)、(97.28±2.92)分，经比较，2组患者差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:在AECOPD患者急诊护理中应用舒适护理模式效果理想，能够有效提升护理质量，改善患者肺功能情况，同时能够有效改善患者睡眠质量，值得临床应用推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study and analyze the effect of comfort nursing mode in emergency nursing of AECOPD patients and the regulation of sleep. Methods: A total of 64 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( AECOPD)treated in Wulian County People’s Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 32 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received comfort nursing. The changes of one second forced expiratory volume,one second forced expiratory volume/forced vital capacity and sleep quality of the two groups were observed and compared. Results:There was no significant difference in pulmonary function between the two groups before nursing intervention,and it was significantly improved after nursing intervention; The improvement of pulmonary function in 32 patients with AECOPD in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group( P < 0. 05); Through the comparison of nursing quality scores of patients,the scores of nursing quality,itinerant nursing,nursing safety and instrument and equipment management in the control group were( 78. 53 ± 3. 24),( 82. 15 ± 2. 18),( 82. 37 ± 3. 52),( 82. 38 ± 1. 09) respectively,and the scores of nursing quality,itinerant nursing,nursing safety and instrument and equipment management in the observation group were( 94. 24 ± 3. 24),( 95. 61 ±4. 85),( 95. 38 ± 3. 49)( 97. 28 ± 2. 92) points. After comparison,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The application of comfort nursing mode in the emergency nursing of AECOPD patients has ideal effect,which can effectively improve the nursing quality,improve the pulmonary function of patients,and effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
