【摘要】 目的探讨轮廓美容术后感染的相关因素。方法回顾性分析2016年11月至2019年11月,中国医学科学院北京协和医学院整形外科医院整形十三科接受轮廓美容533例手术患者,总结分析术后感染发生因素。结果本组患者术后出现感染13例。其中性别因素,男性占8.7%(4/46)、女性占1.84%(9/487),P<0.05;手术时长<3 h占1.88%(3/159),≥3 h占2.67%(10/374),P>0.05;手术部位因素,单部位手术占1.34%(3/224)、2个部位手术占2.60%(6/231)、3个部位手术占5.13%(4/78),P>0.05。13例确诊感染患者细菌培养结果,铜绿假单胞菌2例(15.38%),金黄色葡萄球菌2例(15.38%),链球菌1例(7.69%),8例未检出;术前预防性使用抗生素种类,头孢西丁钠1.84%(9/489)、克林霉素1.23%(4/32),P<0.05。结论轮廓美容手术术后感染与患者性别相关,与手术时长、手术部位无关;术前预防性应用头孢西丁效果优于克林霉素;术后10 d内易发生轮廓美容术后感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore related factors of infection after facial contour surgery. Methods A total of 533 patients underwent facial contour surgery from November 2016 to November 2019 were retrosepectively analyzed. The factors of infection after surgery were summarized and analyzed. Results Thirteen cases of infections occurred after surgery. Statistical analysis was done in the following factors: male was 8.7%(4/46) and female was 1.84%(9/487), P< 0.05; the duration of surgery with the limit of 3 hours was 1.88%(3/159) and more than or equal to 3 hours was 3.67%(10/374), P> 0.05; single-site surgery was 1.34%(3/224), two-site surgery was 2.6%(6/231) and three-site surgery was 5.13%(4/78), P> 0.05. The results of bacterial culture of 13 patients diagnosed as infection were 2 cases of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(15.38%), 2 cases of staphylococcus aureus(15.38%) and 1 case of streptococcus(7.69%). No bacteria was detected in 8 cases. The application of antibiotics were cefoxitin sodium(1.84%, 9/489) and clindamycin(1.23%, 4/32) before operation, P< 0.05. Conclusion The infection after facial contour surgery is correlate with gender and not correlate with surgical duration and surgical site. The efficacy of preventive application of cefoxitin sodium is better than clindamycin. It is high-incidence duration of infection with 10 days after surgery.更多还原
