【摘要】 新冠疫情对5年制医学本科毕业生带来了持续的影响。在疫情防控常态化时代，作为医学院校毕业生的重要组成部分，5年制本科生的毕业走向一直是社会关注的问题，也和我国当前的医学教育事业未来的发展息息相关。本文从5年制医学本科生毕业后工作、考研和规培三大出路来阐明现状，并从扩展就业方式、提高实习质量、完善规培制度和提升医学生职业道德四方面结合国家及有关单位相关的政策和对策来思考现状，并提出了一些建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The COVID-19 pandemic has had a lasting impact on 5-year medical graduates. Under regular epidemic prevention and control, as an important part of medical school graduates, the graduation trend of 5-year undergraduates has always been a concern of the society, and it is also closely related to the future development of my country’s current medical education. This article clarifies the current situation from the three major ways of working, postgraduate entrance examination and training for 5-year medical undergraduates after graduation and consider the current situation in four aspects: expanding employment methods, improving internship quality, perfecting training system and enhancing professional ethics of medical students, combined with relevant policies and countermeasures of the state and relevant units, and put forward some suggestions.更多还原
