亚湖水库花岗岩风化残积土防渗应用研究

【摘要】 在亚湖水库防渗加固工程中,缺少可就地取材的防渗性黏土与砂土材料,但在水库周边山体上分布有大量的火成岩风化残积土。为研究残积土在堤坝防渗工程中的应用,进行了残积土矿物化学成分分析和浆液物理力学性质试验研究。结果表明:相比于普通黏土,残积土的氧化硅、三氧化二铝、三氧化二铁等胶凝活性矿物含量高;不同成分残积土配制的黏土浆、水泥黏土浆、水泥黏土砂浆和细砾混凝土的力学、防渗性质受水泥的配比、水料比以及土料种类影响较大。用残积土配合而成的水泥黏土浆是一种理想的防渗材料,为防渗材料投资节省了一半的费用,可供同类型工程参考。

【Abstract】 There was a lack of clay and sediment materials in the locality for reinforcement and seepage prevention project of Yahu Reservoir,however,plenty of granite weathering residual soils were found in the surrounding mountains. In order to study the application of residual soils in dam for anti-seepage,the mineral chemical composition of residual soils were analyzed and tests were conducted to study the physical and mechanical properties of the slurry. The results indicated that the residual soils had higher percentage of cementing mineral including monox,aluminium oxide,ferric oxide and so on,compared with common clay. Mechanical properties and seepage resistance performances of slurry,cement slurry and fine gravel concrete made from varied residual soils showed great dependence on water cement ratio,soil cement ratio and type of the soil. Cement slurry made by residual soil was a desirable anti-seepage material which could cut half of the investment on the anti-seepage material for seepage control engineering. This practice could be a reference for other similar projects.
