冻融环境下BF-PVA混杂纤维混凝土抗侵蚀研究
Study on Erosion Resistance of Basalt-Polyvinyl Alcohol Hybrid Fiber Reinforced Concrete Under Freezing-Thawing Environment
【摘要】 为了研究玄武岩纤维(BF)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维在单掺和混掺形式下对混凝土抗冻性能的影响,进行了冻融循环试验(FTCT),以冻后混凝土抗压强度损失和质量损失为指标分析了其损失规律,提出混杂效应系数αc,ab。结果表明:对于50次冻融循环试验(FTCT50)和150次冻融循环试验(FTCT150),加入BF与PVA混掺比为1∶2且掺量为0.4%的混杂纤维,混凝土质量损失均最小。加入掺量0.4%的混参比1∶1的混杂纤维,混凝土在FTCT50下抗压强度损失最小。加入0.4%掺量下混参比1∶2的混杂纤维,混凝土在FTCT150下抗压强度损失最小。混杂纤维协调效应系数αc,ab均大于0,呈现正态混杂效应。
【Abstract】 In order to study the influence of basalt fiber(BF) and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) fiber on the frost resistance of concrete in the form of single mixing and mixed mixing,the freeze-thaw cycle test(FTCT) was carried out.The loss law was analyzed with the compressive strength loss and mass loss of concrete after freezing,and the hybrid effect coefficientαc,ab was proposed.The results show that for 50 freeze-thaw cycle tests(FTCT50) and 150 freeze-thaw cycle tests(FTCT150),the mass loss of concrete is the smallest when the hybrid fiber with BF and PVA mixing ratio of 1∶ 2 and content of 0.4% is added.The compressive strength loss of concrete under FTCT50is the smallest by adding 0.4% mixed reference 1∶ 1 hybrid fiber.Adding 0.4% hybrid fiber with a reference ratio of 1∶ 2,the compressive strength loss of concrete under FTCT150 is the smallest.The coordination effect coefficient αc,ab of hybrid fiber is greater than 0,showing normal hybrid effect.
