莲杆纤维增强PHBV复合材料的制备及性能

【摘要】 为了更好地利用莲杆纤维(LSF),拓展聚3-羟基丁酸酯-co-3-羟基戊酸酯(PHBV)的应用领域,实验采用熔融共混法制备LSF/PHBV复合材料,通过力学试验、动态热机械分析及热重分析探讨不同改性方法及添加量对LSF/PHBV复合材料力学性能、动态热机械性能及热稳定性的影响。结果表明,当未处理LSF添加量为30 phr时,LSF/PHBV复合材料的拉伸强度最高,为24.6 MPa;添加量为40 phr时,LSF/PHBV复合材料的弯曲强度最高,为33.4 MPa;与未改性的复合材料相比,LSF经过NaOH处理可显著提升LSF/PHBV复合材料的力学性能和热稳定性,LSF经过NaOH+KH570联合处理可显著提升LSF/PHBV复合材料的力学性能、热稳定性以及动态热机械性能。

【Abstract】 In order to make better use of lotus stalk fiber(LSF),the application field of poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate)(PHBV)was expanded.LSF/PHBV composites were prepared by melt blending method.The effects of different modification methods and addition amount on the mechanical properties, dynamic thermo-mechanical properties and thermal stability of LSF/PHBV composites were investigated by mechanical test, dynamic thermo-mechanical analysis and thermogravimetric analysis.The results show that the tensile strength of LSF/PHBV composites is the highest when the untreated LSF content is 30 phr, which is 24.6 MPa.The bending strength of LSF/PHBV composites is the highest, which is 33.4 MPa, when the content is 40 phr.Comparing with the unmodified composites, the mechanical properties and thermal stability of LSF/PHBV composites can be significantly improved by treating LSF with NaOH,and the mechanical properties, thermal stability and dynamic thermo-mechanical properties of LSF/PHBV composites can be significantly improved by treating LSF with NaOH and KH570 coupling agent.
