可重构注塑模具连接模块的结构设计及实验研究
Structural Design and Experimental Research of Reconfigurable Injection Mold Connection Module
【摘要】 传统生产中,注塑模具完成产品的生产任务后,一般只能进行报废处理,造成了资源浪费和能源消耗,基于此,提出一种可重构注塑模具模架设计方法,以连接模块作为最小结构单元实现模架的可重构性。设计出了基元模块和连接键的结构,以连接键尺寸参数作为优化变量,以模架的整体刚度和强度为目标,进行正交试验,获得变形量影响程度的因素由高到低分别为键槽宽、键槽深、燕尾角,得到优化后的结构尺寸为:键槽宽8 mm,键槽深5 mm,燕尾角30°。同时利用优化后的结构开展了试验研究分析,实验结果与正交实验结论一致。
【Abstract】 In traditional production, after the injection mold completed the production task of the product, it can only be scrapped, resulting in a waste of resources and energy consumption.Based on this, a reconfigurable injection mold base design method was proposed, which took the connection module as the minimum structural unit to realize the reconfigurability of the mold base.In this work, the structure of the primitive module and the connecting key was designed.Taking the size parameters of the connecting key as the optimization variable and the overall stiffness and strength of the mold base as the goal, the orthogonal test was carried out.The factors affecting the degree of deformation from high to low were the keyway width, keyway depth and dovetail angle.When the keyway width is 8 mm, keyway depth is 5 mm and dovetail angle is 30°,the optimized structure size could be obtained.At the same time, the experimental research and analysis are carried out by using the optimized structure, and the experimental results are consistent with the conclusion of orthogonal experiment.
