【摘要】 目的 观察清热解毒方中药灌洗治疗宫颈癌患者对放射性阴道炎的影响。方法 选取2018年8月—2020年1月期间河北省沧州中西医结合医院收治的128例宫颈癌患者，采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组各64例。两组患者均接受根治性放射治疗，观察组放疗同时给予清热解毒中药阴道灌洗，对照组行常规阴道冲洗。记录治疗近期效果和不良反应发生情况，采用Logistic多因素分析法分析影响放射性阴道炎的相关因素。结果 两组患者放疗近期总体疗效比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组放射性阴道炎发生率低于对照组，严重程度较对照组明显减轻，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic多因素分析结果显示患者年龄(95%CI=1.224～2.115,OR=1.609,P=0.001)和放射剂量(95%CI=1.384～2.661,OR=1.919,P<0.001)是影响观察组患者放射性阴道炎发生风险的独立影响因素。结论 清热解毒方中药阴道灌洗用于宫颈癌放疗患者有助于降低放射性阴道炎风险，但其效果受患者年龄和放疗剂量影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of lavage with Qingrejiedu Decoction on radiation-induced vaginitis in patients after cervical cancer radiotherapy.Methods A total of 128 cervical cancer patients treated in Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from August 2018 to January 2020 were assigned into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method, with 64 patients in each group.Both groups of patients received radical radiotherapy.The observation group received vaginal lavage with Qingrejiedu Decoction while the control group received routine vaginal lavage after radiotherapy.The short-term efficacy and adverse reactions of both groups were recorded.Logistic multivariate regression was carried out to analyze the factors influencingthe incidence of radiation-induced vaginitis.Results The short-term overall efficacy showed no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group showed lower incidence and severity of radiation-induced vaginitis than the control group(P<0.05).TheLogistic multivariate regression showed that age(95%CI=1.224-2.115,OR=1.609,P=0.001)and radiation dose(95%CI=1.384-2.661,OR=1.919,P<0.001)were independent risk factors of radiation-induced vaginitis in the observation group.Conclusion The vaginal lavage with Qingrejiedu Decoction is helpful to reduce the risk of radiation-induced vaginitis in patients after radiotherapy for cervical cancer, and its effect is affected by the age of patients and the dose of radiotherapy.更多还原
