【摘要】 医学誓言由来已久，在医学人文教育中起重要作用。英文医学誓言发展迅速，但至今缺乏英文版中医学誓言。本文在改写理论指导下，重点基于意识形态与诗学两个主要影响因素，参考已有译本，探索性地将《大医精诚》选段英文译写为中医学誓言。中西方在医学伦理方面有共通之处，因此中医学誓言的英文译写需要在意识形态上“求同存异”。但《大医精诚》更突出表达了成为“大医”的两种精神：不管个人安危，视病患为自己亲人的“大仁”精神；为了人民的利益，不计个人得失，一心赴救的“大爱”精神。这种大仁大爱的精神，超越一般的道德准则和行为规范，是为“大医”的核心价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Medical profession has a deep history of medical oath. It plays a vital role in the medical humanities education. English medical oaths have been brought into an advanced level, but few of them are tailored for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) students. This explorative study aimed to transwriting an excerpt of “Da Yi Jing Cheng”(On the Absolute Sincerity of Great Physicians) as a TCM medical oath based on an existed translation with the consideration of two important factors, ideology and poetics, which are put forward by AndréLefevere inthe rewriting theory. We argued that the TCM medical oath should ideologically illustrate dual unique values of “great physicians”other than the shared ground of medical ethics: one is the “utmostbenevolence” that see patients as the dearest relatives, the other is the “ultimate love” that help peopleunconditionally.更多还原
