【摘要】 北运河位于京杭大运河的最北段，是皇家漕运重要通道。文化积淀丰厚，具有鲜明的历史地域特征。北运河源远流长的历史文脉及其塑造的良好景观生态环境，是通州城市副中心得天独厚的资源优势。北运河(通州段)综合治理工程通过扩挖河道、加高堤防等工程措施，解决了河道的防洪隐患问题，后期的景观绿化设计旨在保证防洪安全的基础上，解决土方平衡问题，改造水岸景观，完善滨水步行空间，修建河堤内村庄的防灾避险公园，为下一步恢复北运河的风景特征打下良好基底。更多还原

【Abstract】 Located in the northernmost section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, the North Canal is an important passage for the royal grain transport with rich cultural accumulation and distinct historical regional characteristics.The North Canal has a long history and good landscape ecological environment, which is the unique resource advantage of the sub-center of Tongzhou City. The North Canal(Tongzhou Section) Comprehensive Management Project solves the problem of river flood control risk by digging to expand waterways and heightening levee engineering measures. Later landscaping is designed to solve the problem of earthwork balance, reform water front landscape, perfect the waterfront space walk and build embankment village disaster prevention safety within the park, on the basis of ensuring flood control safety, which lay a good foundation for the next step to restore the North Canal landscape features.更多还原
