【Abstract】 Traditional villages in western Liaoning mountains are the product of the times. With the development of economy and society, there are many contradictions between the existing traditional courtyard houses in western Liaoning mountains and people′s increasing material and cultural needs.Taking botaigou village as the research object, this paper analyzes the characteristics of its overall layout, spatial form, functional layout, structural system and building materials, extracts the common characteristics of traditional courtyard houses in mountainous areas of western Liaoning, and studies the renewal design suitable for local regionality on this basis, in order to lay a research foundation for the protection, inheritance and renewal of traditional courtyard houses in mountainous areas of western Liaoning.更多还原
