钢渣碳化强化制备透水混凝土的试验
Experiment on reinforced preparation of permeable concrete by steel slag carbonization
【摘要】 钢渣是粗钢冶炼过程中的废渣,体积安定性不良、胶凝活性差限制了其在建筑材料中的应用。本文通过碳化强化钢渣集料和钢渣透水混凝土提升骨料及混凝土性能。结果表明:钢渣集料在碳化养护过程中会生成碳酸钙填充在孔隙中,从而提高集料的致密程度,2 h的碳化养护使得集料的压碎指标、吸水率分别降低24.7%、49.7%;采用钢渣粉和碳化钢渣集料分别取代40%水泥和40%天然集料会降低透水混凝土的抗压强度,但通过2 h的碳化养护可使透水混凝土的28 d抗压强度提高45.5%,同时胶凝材料固碳可达12.4%。由于孔隙率的降低,在试验条件下,碳化钢渣透水混凝土的透水系数为2.4 mm/s,较未碳化的钢渣透水混凝土降低13.1%。
【Abstract】 Steel slag is the waste residue of crude steel smelting, and its application in building materials is limited by its poor volume stability and poor cementitious reactivity.In this paper, the properties of aggregate and concrete are improved by carbonizing steel slag aggregate and steel slag permeable concrete.The results show that calcium carbonate will be formed in the pores of steel slag aggregate during carbonization curing, which will improve the compactness of the aggregate.The crushing index and water absorption of the aggregate will decrease by 24.7% and 49.7% respectively after 2 h carbonization curing.Replacing 40% cement and 40% natural aggregate with steel slag powder and carbonized steel slag aggregate will reduce the compressive strength of permeable concrete, but the 28-day compressive strength of permeable concrete can be increased by 45.5% through 2 h carbonization curing, and the carbon fixation of cementitious materials can reach 12.4%.Due to the decrease of porosity, the permeability coefficient of carbonized steel slag permeable concrete is 2.4 mm/s, which is 13.1% lower than that of non-carbonized steel slag permeable concrete.
