【摘要】 中医药强调辨证论治、方剂配伍,具有整体调节的特点。“网络靶标”理论突破了“单靶标”还原分析研究模式的局限,强调以疾病或证候生物网络为靶标的综合效应来表征中药方剂的整体调节机制,成为中医药网络药理学这一新兴学科的核心理论。基于网络靶标原创理论,本课题组历经20余年,发展出一套以高精度智能计算为核心,融合实验、临床等研究方法的中西医药分子网络导航系统——UNIQ系统,为从信息和系统的角度解读中医药科学原理、促进中医药精准诊疗与精准研发提供了有力支撑。目前,UNIQ系统已应用于中药上市前研发和上市后评价、病证生物标志物发现、智能诊疗设备研制,为网络药理学从“分析”迈向“证据”、从基础走向应用提供了有效范例,也为人工智能、大数据时代的中医药守正创新提供了新思路和新方法。

【Abstract】 Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has the characteristics of holistic regulation, emphasizing treatment based on ZHENG differentiation and prescription compatibility. The "network target" theory, breaking through the limitations of the "single target" research paradigm based on reductionism, highlights the comprehensive effect of the biological network underlying disease or TCM syndrome as the target to holistically characterize the regulatory mechanism of TCM formulae, and has become the core theory of the emerging discipline of TCM network pharmacology. Based on the“ network target” original theory, during more than 20 years, Li Shao’s research group has developed a navigation system for the biological network basis underlying TCM and Western medicine, named as Using Networking target for Intelligent and Quantitative analysis on drug actions(UNIQ system), which is based on high-precision intelligent computation and integrates experimental and clinical research methods. It provides strong support for interpreting the scientific principles of TCM and promoting accurate diagnosis and treatment and precise R&D of TCM. At present, the UNIQ system has been applied in the pre-marketing R&D and post-marketing evaluation of TCM, the development of disease biomarkers and intelligent diagnosis and treatment equipment, which provides effective examples for network pharmacology to move from "analysis" to "evidence" and from foundation to application. It also provides new ideas and methods for the innovation of TCM in the era of artificial intelligence and big data.
