铁路梁式桥地震灾害损失评估

【摘要】 针对铁路桥梁地震灾害评估中多因素影响问题,结合铁路桥梁地震灾害的复杂特点和各结构层次的震害表现形式,从桥面系、上部结构和下部结构3个方面构建铁路梁式桥地震灾害评估指标体系。基于改进的层次分析法计算了各评估指标的权重,以桥梁承灾系统为研究主体,运用多级综合模糊理论,建立铁路梁式桥震害评估模型。结合汶川地震中一座铁路混凝土简支梁+连续梁桥为例,采用上述方法确定该桥梁的震害损失,结果表明:该桥梁的综合震害为中等破坏,并计算了桥梁的地震经济损失,计算结果可为震后铁路桥梁损失评估提供参考,通过分析综合震害程度的原因,可为制定铁路桥梁防震减灾提供依据。

【Abstract】 In view of the multi-factor impact of railway bridge seismic disaster assessment,combined with the com-plex characteristics of railway bridge seismic disasters and the manifestations of seismic damage at various structur-al levels,the railway girder bridge seismic disaster assessment indicators are constructed from three aspects:bridge deck system,upper structure and lower structure system. Based on the improved analytic hierarchy process,the weight of each evaluation index is calculated. With the bridge disaster-bearing system as the main research body,the multi-level comprehensive fuzzy theory is used to establish a railway beam bridge seismic damage evaluation model. Taking a railway concrete beam bridge in the Wenchuan earthquake as an example,the above method is used to determine the seismic damage loss of the bridge. The results show that the comprehensive seismic damage of the bridge is moderate damage,and the seismic economic loss of the bridge is calculated. The calculation result can be post-earthquake. The railway bridge loss assessment provides a reference. Through the analysis of the reasons for the comprehensive earthquake damage degree,it can provide a basis for formulating railway bridge earthquake di-saster mitigation.
