隔震结构-设备组合体系的优化设计研究
Study on optimization design of isolated structure-equipment composition systems
【摘要】 对于放置有设备的功能性隔震结构,目前的设计方法忽略了结构与设备的动力相互作用,仅满足隔震结构的抗震要求,并不考虑设备的抗震性能。因此,本文给出一种隔震结构-设备组合体系的优化设计方法,考虑设备与隔震结构的相互作用和非比例阻尼影响,以设备和隔震结构同时满足抗震要求为目标函数,采用多种群遗传算法,对隔震结构-设备组合体系进行优化设计,通过一个实际隔震工程实例,与原设计进行比较,发现优化方案能同时降低隔震层水平位移和上部结构各层间位移角,同时,设备加速度降低了45%,可满足设备在地震中正常运行。说明本文的方法对隔震结构-设备组合体系的性能控制有良好的效果。
【Abstract】 For the critical isolated structure located the expensive and precise equipment,the current design meth-ods usually ignore the dynamic interaction between structure and equipment,meanwhile,the equipment is neglect-ed to seismic design. Therefore,an optimization method of isolated structure-equipment composition systems is pro-posed to consider the interaction between the equipment and isolated structure as well as non-proportional damping effect. To meet the seismic requirements of equipment and isolated structures,multiple population genetic algorithm(MPGA)is adopted to identify the parameters of the isolated layer and the equipment. The proposed method is dem-onstrated in a typical isolated building in China. The optimal design of the isolated building can be obtained to re-duce the inter-story drift ratio of the superstructure and the displacement of bearings. In addition,the equipment can reduce acceleration by 45% and is satisfied the seismic requirement. The study demonstrates that the proposed method can be used as a practical and efficient guide to designing isolated structure-equipment composition systems.
