【摘要】 目的 观察穴位埋针防治利拉鲁肽治疗糖尿病引起恶心呕吐的临床疗效。方法 将100例初次使用利拉鲁肽治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用利拉鲁肽治疗;试验组在对照组治疗基础上加用穴位埋针治疗。观察并比较两组治疗1个月内恶心、呕吐反应的分级情况和利拉鲁肽耐受剂量。结果 试验组在治疗第1天和第7天恶心、呕吐反应分级程度低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组最终利拉鲁肽耐受剂量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 穴位埋针可减轻利拉鲁肽治疗糖尿病引起的恶心和呕吐,提高利拉鲁肽的耐受剂量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint needle-embedding for preventive treatment of nausea and vomiting induced by Liraglutide in treating diabetes mellitus. Method One hundred patients initially using Liraglutide to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM) were randomized into an experiment group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Liraglutide; the experiment group received acupoint needle-embedding therapy based on the treatment given to the control group. The grading of nausea and vomiting symptoms and tolerable dose of Liraglutide were observed and compared during the one-month treatment. Result The grading levels of nausea and vomiting at treatment days 1 and 7 were lower in the experiment group than in the control group(P<0.05), and the final tolerable dose of Liraglutide was higher in the experiment group than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint needle-embedding can reduce nausea and vomiting symptoms caused by Liraglutide in treating diabetes mellitus and increase the tolerable dose of Liraglutide.更多还原
