LNG船用聚氨酯绝缘箱箱体装配精度及质量控制关键技术

【摘要】 聚氨酯绝缘箱是以聚氨酯泡沫板为绝热材料,与胶合板等部件胶接而成的一种新型液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas, LNG)船用绝缘箱,与传统填充型绝缘箱的制造工艺和方法有本质上的区别。分析LNG船用聚氨酯绝缘箱的结构特点,提出基于分流和集流思路的聚氨酯绝缘箱多工位分段装配工艺路线,通过多机器人与各工位专用装备之间的协同控制,实现聚氨酯绝缘箱的高效装配。研发聚氨酯绝缘箱木质夹板的自动张紧装置和张紧工艺,结合箱体装配的整体精度控制方法,提高聚氨酯绝缘箱产品的装配精度和木质夹板的胶接强度可靠性。该装配精度及质量控制关键技术可供LNG船的大批量建造参考。

【Abstract】 Polyurethane insulation panel is a new kind of thermal insulation panel for large Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG) carriers, which takes polyurethane foam as thermal insulation material and is glued with plywood and other parts. The manufacturing process of polyurethane insulation panel is essentially different from the traditional insulation panel. This paper analyses the structural characteristics of the polyurethane insulation panel of LNG carriers, and proposes a multi-station sectional assembly process based on bypath-recollection method. By collaboratively control of robots and special equipment, efficient assembly of polyurethane insulation panel is realized. The automatic tensioning device and the tensioning process for the cleat of the polyurethane insulation panel is developed, which combine with the overall precision control method of the insulation panel’s assembly could improve the assembly accuracy of the polyurethane insulation panel and the reliability of the adhesive strength. The key technologies of assembly accuracy and quality control presented in this paper provide reference for the mass construction of LNG carriers.
