【摘要】 ILC是一类在机体稳态维持、组织修复以及宿主抗感染免疫中发挥重要作用的异质细胞群。根据表达转录因子和细胞因子种类的不同，可将ILC分为NK细胞、ILC1、ILC2、ILC3、淋巴组织诱导物(lymphoid tissue induction, LTi)和调节性ILC(regulatory ILC,ILCreg)。近年来，ILC分泌的细胞因子在肿瘤发生发展中的作用机制和相关治疗方法受到越来越多的关注。该文总结了近年来发现的ILC表型和功能，及其在肿瘤发生发展中的作用和肿瘤治疗方面的研究进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Innate lymphoid cells(ILCs) are a heterogeneous cell group that play important roles in homeostasis maintenance, tissue repair and host anti-infectious immunity. ILCs are divided into NK, ILC1, ILC2, ILC3, lymphoid tissue induction(LTi) and regulatory ILC(ILCreg) based on the expression profile of transcription factors and cytokines. In recent years, more and more researches had focused on cytokines secreted by ILCs in tumorigenesis and related cancer treatments.
