石油化工用搅拌器叶片的流场与声场分析
Flow Field and Sound Field Analysis of Stirrer blade used in Petrochemical Industry
【摘要】 本文以石油化工常见的搅拌器叶片进行建模,基于Fluent进行仿真分析。从分析石油化工用搅拌器叶片的速度、压力(静压、总压)、湍动能和声压级入手,然后调整监测点和边界条件,以此为对比分析,得出其特点。结果表明:叶片旋转时,速度、压力、湍动能的最大值都是在叶尖处,从叶尖处到叶根处,呈现阶梯式的逐级递减。叶片的声场分布也大体上遵循流场的分布规律。研究分析结论也可以为后续的叶片在流场和声场的优化与设计提供思路参考。
【Abstract】 Based on stirrer blade commonly used in petrochemical industry,based on simulation analysis. From the analysis of blade speed for petrochemical industry,pressure(static pressure,total pressure),turbulent kinetic energy and acoustic pressure level,and then adjust the monitoring point and boundary conditions,as a comparative analysis,get its characteristics. The results show that the maximum values of velocity,pressure and turbulent kinetic energy are all at the blade tip,and decrease step by step from the blade tip to the blade root. The distribution of fan sound field generally follows the distribution law of flow field. The conclusion can also provide a reference for the optimization and design of the blade in the flow field and sound field.
