基于增材制造的钢铁块体材料高通量实验方法

【摘要】 近年来先进高强度钢发展迅速,在航空航天、海洋工程和医疗器械等领域引起了广泛关注。基于材料基因工程的研究方法,介绍了增材制造用于钢铁块体材料高通量实验的高效性和潜在优势,回顾了利用基于增材制造的高通量实验筛选出结构功能一体化钢材的高效制备与评价方法。讨论了其他代表性高通量实验方法的特点并提出组合高通量实验的可能性。最后展望了增材制造拓展应用于其他多元体系合金材料高通量实验的前景。

【Abstract】 The development of advanced high-strength steels has been quite rapid in recent years, and has attracted widespread attention in the fields of aerospace, marine engineering, and medical equipment. Based on the research methods of materials genome engineering, the efficiency and potential advantages of additive manufacturing for high-throughput experiments of steel bulk materials was introduced, and the high-efficiency preparation and evaluation methods about using high-throughput experiments based on additive manufacturing to screen out structural and functional integrated steels was reviewed. The characteristics of other representative high-throughput experimental methods were discussed, and the possibility of combined high-throughput experiments was proposed. Finally, the prospects for the application of additive manufacturing in high-throughput experiments of other multi-system alloy materials were prospected.
