机场水泥混凝土道面传力杆结构的疲劳破坏研究
Investigation of Fatigue Behavior of Dowel Bars in Concrete Pavements
【摘要】 为分析疲劳荷载作用下,机场水泥混凝土道面传力杆与周围混凝土间变形和损伤情况,以及传力杆失效机制,使用MTS试验仪对单传力杆结构试件进行了循环荷载加载试验,分析了传力杆结构的变形规律和损伤情况,揭示了水泥混凝土道面传力杆结构的疲劳破坏机制。结果表明,越靠近界面的传力杆位移变化越大;荷载加载初期传力杆变形量大,随荷载增加,变形量渐趋稳定;加载距离越大,传力杆松动量增加速率越大,越容易失效;疲劳加载造成传力杆底部混凝土脱落,并逐渐破坏至失效。
【Abstract】 In order to analyze the deformation,damage and failure mechanism of the dowel bar under fatigue load,cyclic loading tests were carried out with MTS tester.Fatigue failure mechanism of dowel bar structure was revealed by analyzing the deformation and damage of the structure.The results show that the displacement of dowel bar decreases with the increase of the distance between the stress-bearing surface and the interface.At the initial stage of loading,the deformation of the transmission rod is large.And it becomes stable with load.The loosening rate of the dowel bar increases with the increase of loading distance.The greater the amount of looseness,the easier it is for the dowel bar to fail.The fatigue loading caused the concrete at the bottom of the dowel bar to fall off and gradually deteriorated to failure.
