自媒体时代大学生心理健康教育面临的机遇、挑战及优化策略

【摘要】 自媒体的蓬勃发展,为高校进一步完善大学生心理健康教育带来了前所未有的发展机遇,但也带来了冲击大学生心理健康教育模式、增加大学生出现心理危机的可能性,给大学生心理造成一定的冲击等。为此,自媒体时代高校必须充分重视各类自媒体,扬长避短,采取充实心理健康课堂教育内容,创新心理健康教育形式、加强师资培训、创建心理健康朋辈教育新模式等策略提升大学生心理健康教育工作的水平与质量,开创高校思想政治教育工作的新局面。

【Abstract】 The vigorous development of we-media has brought unprecedented new development opportunities for colleges and universities to further improve the mental health education of college students, but all kinds of self-media have also brought great challenges to the current mental health education of college students, such as impacting students’ mental health education model, Increasing the possibility of students’ psychological crisis, and greatly impacting college students’ psychology. For this reason, in the we-media era, colleges and universities must pay full attention to various types of we-media, maximize their strengths and avoid weaknesses, adopt strategies to enrich mental health classroom education content, innovate mental health education forms, strengthen teacher training, and create new models of mental health peer education to improve mental health education in colleges and universities.
