上海市11种常规粳稻抗稻瘟病基因分子标记检测

【摘要】 利用分子标记检测技术,对9种参加2020年上海市水稻区域试验的品种和2种本课题组新培育的新品系的共10个抗稻瘟病基因位点进行了检测.结果显示,Pi37,Pi41,Pi-d2 3个基因在11种水稻中出现的频率达100%,Pi2,Pi5,Pi9,Pi36,Pikm和Pib抗性基因在11种水稻中出现的频率分别为18.18%,9.09%,36.36%,90.90%,9.09%和81.81%.此外,11种水稻中都没有检测到Pigm抗性基因.研究结果为聚合更多抗稻瘟病基因,培育广谱抗稻瘟病水稻新品种提供了一定的科学依据.

【Abstract】 In this study,by using these known molecular markers together with PCR technology,10 rice blast resistance gene loci were amplified in 9 new rice varieties that were involved in 2020 Shanghai Regional Trial and 2 rice lines that were developed in our laboratory. Our results indicated that the occurrence frequency of Pi37,Pi41,and Pi-d2 genes was 100%,while the distribution frequency of Pi2,Pi5,Pi9,Pi36,Pikm,Pib and Pigm genes in 11 tested rice varieties/lines was18.18%,9.09%,36.36%,90.9%,9.09%,81.81%,and 0,respectively. Collectively,the results of this study provided scientific evidence for pyramiding more blast resistant genes and breeding new rice varieties with broad-spectrum rice blast resistance.
