湖南省区域耕地开发强度时空演变结构分析

【摘要】 运用自然断点法、相对变化率等方法探索1999-2017年湖南省耕地开发强度时空分异,并剖析耕地开发强度结构作用影响机制。结果表明:(1) 湖南省耕地开发强度总体分布呈现“中北高西南低”的特征,主要受制于自然环境中地形坡度与水资源分布的影响,其中张家界市、怀化市、湘西自治州是耕地开发区域平衡中的潜力开发区域;(2) 湖南省2004-2013年主要受惠农政策影响表现为耕地开发强度提升期,在2014-2017年主要受工业经济发展影响表现为耕地开发强度萎缩期;(3) 从时空布局和时序变化特征中可以归纳出耕地开发广度、频度、深度在耕地开发强度形成过程中分别奠定其原生基础、发掘其自然潜力,主导其时空流动。据此建议:针对不同区域的耕地开发强度改善要求,进行耕地开发强度结构分解式的有序化引导,能够使区域耕地开发可持续得到更为科学地落实。

【Abstract】 The temporal and spatial variation of cultivated land development intensity in Hunan Province from 1999 to 2017 was explored by using natural breakpoint method and relative change rate method,and the influencing mechanism of cultivated land development intensity structure was summarized.The results showed that:(1) the overall distribution of cultivated land development intensity in Hunan province was characterized by "high in the central north,low in the southwest",which was mainly influenced by the natural environment of terrain slope and water resources distribution.Zhangjiajie city,Huaihua city and Xiangxi autonomous prefecture were the potential areas in the balance of cultivated land development.(2) From 2004 to 2013,the cultivated land development intensity in Hunan province was mainly affected by agricultural benefit policies,and from 2014 to 2017,the cultivated land development intensity was mainly affected by industrial economic development.(3) It can be concluded that the breadth,frequency and depth of cultivated land development lay the original foundation,explore the natural potential and dominate the temporal and spatial flow of cultivated land development intensity in the process of forming.Therefore,it is suggested that the orderly guidance of the structure decomposition of cultivated land development intensity can make the sustainable development of regional cultivated land be carried out more scientifically according to the improvement requirements of cultivated land development intensity in different regions.
