基于多尺度有限元的隔震支座更换仿真分析

【摘要】 为了研究大吨位隔震支座的更换过程,建立了铅芯橡胶隔震支座的精细化模型,并通过支座性能试验与模拟结果对比验证了模型的准确性,在此基础上,建立了带隔震支座的上部结构一体化多尺度有限元模型和支座更换模拟技术,并对两种不同的支座更换方案进行仿真分析,对比了更换过程中千斤顶加载吨位、支座及主体结构分离位移、结构极值应力、支座柱轴力等一系列关键指标,评价了两种更换方案的特点,研究成果可为类似大吨位隔震支座更换的顺利实施等提供技术支持和科学依据。

【Abstract】 To study the replacement process of large-tonnage isolation bearings, a refined model of lead-core rubber isolation bearings was established, and the accuracy of the model was verified by comparing the bearing performance test and simulation results. On this basis, the integrated multi-scale finite element model of the superstructure with isolation bearings and the simulation technology of bearing replacement are established. The simulation analysis of two different bearing replacement schemes was carried out, and a series of key indicators such as the loading tonnage of the jack, the separation displacement of the bearing and the main structure, the structural extreme stress, and the axial force of the bearing column during the replacement process were compared. The characteristics of the replacement plan and the research results can provide technical support and scientific basis for the smooth implementation of the replacement of similar large-tonnage vibration isolation bearings.
