考虑偏心误差的导管架灌浆原型抗拔性能研究

【摘要】 为研究偏心误差下灌浆连接段的轴向力学性能,针对外筒内径2 290mm、内筒外径1 900mm偏心误差为115mm的导管架灌浆原型进行竖向抗拔试验,加载至26 000kN时,试件整体仍处于弹性状态。在试验基础上采用有限元分析法研究偏心误差对灌浆原型抗拔力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,偏心误差会导致灌浆体第三主应力增大,但对钢管的应变大小及分布影响有限。

【Abstract】 In order to study the axial mechanical properties of the grouting connection section under the eccentricity error, the vertical uplift test is carried out on the jacket grouted prototype with an eccentricity error of 115 mm, the inner diameter of the outer cylinder is 2 290 mm and the outer diameter of the inner cylinder is 1 900 mm. When the load reaches 26 000 kN, the whole specimen is still in elastic state. Based on the test, the influence of eccentricity error on the uplift mechanical properties of grouted prototype is studied by finite element analysis method. The results show that the eccentricity error will increase the third principal stress of the grouted body, but the influence on the strain size and distribution of the steel pipe is limited.
