LaSBA-15负载硅钨酸-MOFs复合材料的制备及其对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能

【摘要】 文章采用水热法、焙烧法制备了复合材料ATP/HSiW-LaSBA-15,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TGA)、红外光谱(FT-IR)等对其进行表征,并测试了ATP/HSiW-LaSBA-15对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能.实验结果表明,复合材料ATP/HSiW-LaSBA-15为表面凸起的类片层状细微结构分子筛,对亚甲基蓝具有高效的吸附性能.在ATP/HSiW负载量为20%时,0.06 g复合材料ATP/HSiW-LaSBA-15对0.02 g/L亚甲基蓝水溶液模拟污染物在30 min内的吸附率可达到98.12%.

【Abstract】 The composite ATP/HSiW-LaSBA-15 was successfully prepared by hydrothermal method and roasting method, characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD), Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA), Infrared spectroscopy(IR), Scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and the adsorption properties of ATP/HSiW-LaSBA-15 on methylene blue(MB) were tested. The results showed that the composite ATP/HSiW-LaSBA-15 was a lamellar molecular sieve with fine protruding surface structure, which exhibited high adsorption capacity for methylene blue. When the ATP/HSiW loading was 20%, the adsorption rate of 0.06 g composite ATP/HSiW-LaSBA-15 to simulated pollutants MB aqueous solution(0.02 g/L) could reach 98.12% in 30 minutes.
