缺血性脑损伤谷氨酸兴奋性毒性发生机制及中药调控作用研究进展

【摘要】 谷氨酸(Glu)兴奋性毒性是缺血性脑损伤发生的关键环节,减少Glu的过度堆积,防止兴奋性毒性产生,对脑缺血的治疗具有重要意义。在缺血性脑损伤中,Glu兴奋性毒性的发生与钙超载、活性氧生成增加、细胞凋亡等病理机制密切相关,并受神经元-星形胶质细胞代谢偶联的调节。通过查阅相关文献,发现对Glu兴奋性毒性具有调控作用的中药包括补虚药、活血药、平肝息风药、开窍药、清热药等,其中以补虚药、活血药为主。参考文献71篇。

【Abstract】 Since glutamic acid(Glu) excitotoxicity is a key link in the occurrence of ischemic brain injury,reducing the excessive accumulation of Glu and preventing excitotoxicity are of great significance for the treatment of cerebral ischemia. In ischemic brain injury,the occurrence of Glu excitotoxicity is closely related to the pathological mechanisms such as calcium overload,increased reactive oxygen species(ROS) production and apoptosis,and is regulated by the metabolic coupling of neurons-astrocytes. Through consulting relevant literature,it is found that Chinese medicinals which have the pharmacologic effect on regulating the Glu excitotoxicity can be classified as tonifying medicinal,blood-activating medicinal,liver-pacifying wind-extinguishing medicinal,resuscitative medicinal,heat-clearing medicinal,etc.,in which tonifying medicinal and blood-activating medicinal are the mainstream.There are 71 references.
