【摘要】 黄河流域是我国重要的生态屏障和经济地带，黄河三角洲可持续发展是实现黄河流域协同发展的重要区域.研究在梳理世界主要河口三角洲开发的普遍特征和基本类型基础上，分析黄河三角洲人地关系演变阶段、特征和绿色发展实现路径，得出以下结论：1)河口三角洲具有水土资源、油气资源、区位条件等发展优势，但也存在生态环境脆弱、人地矛盾突出等一系列问题.2)黄河三角洲人地关系演变大致划分为传统农业资源开发、现代石油资源开发和综合资源开发的农业经济、工业经济和生态经济阶段.3)黄河三角洲存在资源环境承载能力有限、产业结构不合理、空间发展类型多样和区域协同发展程度不高等人地关系矛盾问题.4)从资源环境配置策略、空间均衡发展、区域科技创新体系、生态文明制度体系和生态文化建设等方面提出黄河三角洲绿色发展的对策建议.研究对推进黄河三角洲地区可持续发展和黄河流域协同发展具有一定的指导价值.更多还原

【Abstract】 The Yellow River Basin is an important ecological barrier and economic zone in China, and the sustainable development of the Yellow River Delta is an important aspect of the coordinated development of the Yellow River Basin. Based on the analysis of the general characteristics and types of major estuary delta developments in the world, the study analyzed the evolutionary stages, characteristics, and green development paths of the human-land relationship in the Yellow River Delta. The conclusions are as follows.1) The estuary delta has development advantages such as water and soil resources, oil and gas resources, and location conditions, but it also has a series of problems such as fragile ecological environment and prominent human-land conflicts.2) The evolution of the human-land relationship in the Yellow River Delta is roughly divided into the agricultural, industrial, and ecological economic stages of traditional agricultural resource development, modern petroleum resource development, and comprehensive resource development.3) The Yellow River Delta has contradictory human-land relationship issues such as limited resource and environmental carrying capacity, irrational industrial structure, diverse types of spatial development, and low degree of regional coordinated development. 4) The countermeasures and suggestions for green development of the Yellow River Delta are put forward from the aspects of resource and environment allocation strategy, spatial balanced development, regional scientific and technological innovation system, ecological civilization system and ecological cultural construction. The research has some guiding significance for promoting the sustainable development of the Yellow River Delta and the coordinated development of the Yellow River Basin.更多还原
