【摘要】 目的：探索玄府学说研究的现状、热点及前沿。方法：检索中国知网建库至2020年6月30日收录的玄府学说相关研究文献，采用CiteSpace5.7.R1软件绘制作者、机构、关键词的知识图谱，并进行作者、机构的合作网络分析及关键词共现、突现分析。结果：共纳入文献753篇，自1981年以来玄府学说的研究呈持续上升趋势，存在5个主要的研究团队，分别以王明杰、罗再琼、王永炎、白雪、由凤鸣为代表，主要研究机构为成都中医药大学及其附属医院、西南医科大学及其附属医院、湖南中医药大学等，关键词共现分析得到玄府、玄府学说、刘完素、开通玄府、风药等30个高频关键词，关键词突现分析得到21个突现词，近年突现的关键词是络脉和风药。结论：玄府理论研究涉及理论内涵、病因病机、治法方药、临床应用及现代微观实质5个方面，玄府-络脉、风药的应用是当前研究前沿，研究范围已由中医眼科拓展至神经系统及内分泌系统疾病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the research current situation,hot spot and frontier of Xuanfu theory.Methods :China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) was used as the source database. From the establishment of CNKI to June 30th,2020,the relevant research literature of Xuanfu theory was retrieved.CiteSpace5.7.R1 was used to draw the knowledge map of authors,institutions and keywords,and the cooperative network analysis of authors and institutions,keyword co-occurrence and emergence analysis were carried out. Results:A total of 753 papers were included.Since 1981,the research of Xuanfu theory had continued to rise. There were five major research teams,represented by WANG Mingjie,LUO Zaiqiong,WANG Yongyan,BAI Xue and YOU Fengming. The main research institutions were Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and its Affiliated Hospitals,Southwest Medical University and its Affiliated Hospitals,Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,etc.. Keywords co-occurrence analysis obtains 30high-frequency keywords such as Xuanfu,Xuanfu theory,LIU Wansu,open Xuanfu and wind medicine. The keyword emergence analysis obtained 21 emerging words,and the key words emerging in recent years are collaterals and wind medicine. Conclusions:The research of Xuanfu theory involves five aspects :theoretical connotation,etiology and pathogenesis,therapeutic methods and prescriptions,clinical application and modern micro essence research. Xuanfu-collaterals and the application of wind medicine is the forefront of current research,and the research scope has been expanded from traditional Chinese medicine ophthalmology to nervous system and endocrine system diseases.更多还原
