【摘要】 本文介绍了400系不锈钢板坯连铸由直角结晶器改为倒角结晶器，倒角弧半径R为60°～62°，在结晶器铜板倒角内部增设直径为Φ7 mm的冷却水孔，倒角结晶器投入使用后板坯宽度达标率在92%以上，钢带两侧狭缝线宽度各降低10 mm，提高钢带成材率1.5%～3.0%，钢带表面色泽、光亮度满足了BA板、家电板等高端用户要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, 400 series stainless steel slab continuous casting is changed from right-angle mold to chamfer mold, the chamfer arc radius R is 60-62°, and a cooling water hole with diameter of Φ7 mm is added in the chamfer of copper plate in the mold, after the chamfering mold put into use, the rate of reaching the standard of slab width is over 92%, the width of slit line on both sides of steel strip is reduced by 10 mm, and the yield of steel strip is increased by 1.5%-3.0%, the steel strip surface color,brightness can meet the BA Board, home appliance board and other high-end user requirements.更多还原
