关系数据库在高炉数据采集系统中的应用
Application of Relational Database in Blast Furnace Data Acquisition System
【摘要】 依托于高炉数据采集系统,在数据采集力控7.2组态软件中通过SQL语句将实时数据库中的数据存到关系数据库中,在系统报表中可以通过SQL语句实时提取关系数据库中的数据,查询数据更加快捷、方便,解决了高炉数据采集系统中高炉上料报表易出错、查找慢的问题,消除了市场化系统数据丢数的隐患,提升了炼铁市场化核算效率。
【Abstract】 Relying on the data acquisition system of the blast furnace(BF),the data in the real-time database is stored in the relational database through SQL statements in the data acquisition force control 7.2 configuration software.The data in the relational database can be extracted in real time through SQL statements in the system report,and the data query is more fast and convenient.The problem of error-prone and slow searching in BF feeding statements in BF data acquisition system is solved,the hidden danger of data loss in market system is eliminated,and the market accounting efficiency of ironmaking is improved.
