含铜铁素体抗菌不锈钢高温性能研究
Study on High Temperature Properties of Copper-containing Antibacterial Ferritie Stainless Steel
【摘要】 含铜1.8%~2.2%的铁素体不锈钢经抗菌热处理后,在钢中析出细小弥散的ε-Cu富铜相,使不锈钢具有抗菌能力,但含铜量较高将导致铁素体不锈钢的热加工温度区间明显变窄,控制不当造成热加工开裂。通过研究含铜铁素体抗菌不锈钢的高温性能和组织,确定含Cu铁素体抗菌不锈钢具有较好的高温塑性,1 200℃以上高温强度显著降低,当温度达到1 200℃以上时由马氏体和铁素体两相组织转为单一的铁素体组织。
【Abstract】 Copper containing ferritie stainless steel has Cu 1.8%-2.2%.After antimicrobial heat treatment,it is able to precipitate small and diffuse ε-Cu rich copper phases in the steel,making stainless steel antibacterial.However,higher copper content will lead to a narrow temperature range of ferritie stainless steel,and improper control will cause thermal processing cracking.In this paper,by studying the high temperature properties and microstructure of copper-containing ferrite antibacterial stainless steel,it is determined that the Cu-containing ferrite antibacterial stainless steel has good high temperature plasticity and the high temperature strength above 1 200 ℃ is significantly reduced.When the temperature reaches 1 200℃ or higher,martensite is obtained.And two phase structure is transformed into a single ferrite structure.
