【Abstract】 Premature ventricular contraction is a common type of arrhythmia, which can occur in people without organic heart disease. It is usually accompanied by palpitations, dizziness and other symptoms. Further exacerbation of symptoms can damage the myocardium and endanger the life and health of patients. However, the current understanding of the pathogenesis and clinical characteristics of symptomatic premature ventricular contractions is still limited, and the severity and prognosis of arrhythmias cannot be timely determined. In order to explore the pathogenesis of premature ventricular contractions to assist doctors in diagnosis and treatment, We review the related research on symptomatic premature ventricular contractions, aiming to improve clinicians’ understanding of symptomatic premature ventricular contractions, and provide timely and effective intervention treatment and targeted follow-up.更多还原
