【摘要】 针对地方院校研究生培养过程中工程化教学和实践环境与行业需求脱节，以及缺乏思政元素融入方法等实际教学状况，分析了运载工程领域存在的学科交叉、校企协同、产教融合的特征，提出了建立研究生全程协同培养模式以及产教融合多元协同培养机制的解决方案，阐述了建立课程群教学团队，明确课程育德目标、思政教育融合点以及教育方法和载体途径的方法，建立了“案例教学+实践”并融入课程思政元素，培养满足社会需求的合格研究生人才的实施路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the actual teaching situation such as the disconnection between engineering teaching and practical environment and industry needs in the process of postgraduate training in local colleges and universities, and the lack of integration methods of ideological and political elements, this paper analyzes the interdisciplinary, school-enterprise collaboration, and industry-education integration in the field of transportation engineering. It proposes a solution for establishing a full-process collaborative training model for postgraduates and a multi-coordinated training mechanism for the integration of production and education, expounds the establishment of a curriculum group teaching team, and defines the curriculum moral goals, ideological and political education integration points, and educational methods and carrier methods, establishes the implementation path of “case teaching + practice” and integrates the ideological and political elements of the curriculum to cultivate qualified postgraduate talents who meet the needs of the society.更多还原
