【摘要】 本文基于ISO26262道路车辆功能安全标准的开发流程,介绍了一款电动摩托用动力电池管理系统(BMS)的功能安全概念设计,从整车系统层级出发进行了危害分析和风险评估(HARA),得出了电池管理系统(BMS)功能安全目标及对应的功能安全等级(ASIL),根据确定的安全目标,得出具体的功能安全要求,最后将功能安全要求细分至软硬件设计的技术安全需求中。

【Abstract】 Based on the development process of ISO26262 road vehicle functional safety standard,this paper introduces the functional safety concept design of an electric motorcycle power battery management system (BMS),and carries out hazard analysis and risk assessment (HARA) from the vehicle system level.The functional safety objectives of battery management system (BMS) and the corresponding functional safety level (ASIL) are obtained.According to the determined safety objectives,the specific functional safety requirements are obtained.Finally,the functional safety requirements are subdivided into the technical safety requirements of software and hardware design.
