某打浆机机架有限元分析及优化
Finite Element Analysis and Optimization of Rotary Cultivator in Paddy Field
【摘要】 为研究打浆机承载机架的可靠性,对机架进行有限元分析。通过应变电测试验,验证了有限元模型与仿真计算的可靠性;通过静力学分析,校核了机架在平稳运输状态下的强度、刚度;对机架的主要组成部件进行了多目标尺寸优化,并依据优化结果进行了改进,改进后的机架在满足强度、刚度要求的前提下减轻了8.07%,同时简化了结构,减少了焊接工序,达到了机架轻量化的目的。
【Abstract】 In order to study the reliability of the beating machine bearing frame, the finite element analysis is carried out. The reliability of finite element model and simulation calculation is verified by strain electrical test. Through static analysis, the strength and stiffness of the frame in stable transportation state are checked. The main components of the frame are optimized by multi-objective dimensions and improved according to the optimization results. The improved frame reduces 8.07% on the premise of meeting the strength and stiffness requirements, simplifies the structure, reduces the welding process, and achieves the purpose of light weight of the frame.
