【摘要】 构建积极邻里交往，促进积极社会支持，是实现城市疗愈的途径之一。而有效的邻里社交取决于对交往空间的塑造，尤其是临近住区的半公共和半私密空间对社交活动的促进有效性，理应受到更多的重视。为此，研究探索了半公共半私密街道界面的开敞程度对邻里交往活动的影响。作者考察了不同开敞程度街道界面对街道中居民交往、休憩、阅览等社交活动意愿和空间感受的影响，以及界面对居民院落内居住意愿等活动的影响。结合参与者提供的原因及其在决策过程中的环境观察眼动数据，研究尝试解释街道界面对社交活动和生活使用的影响。作者得到以下结论 ：（1）半遮挡样式的街道绿篱能够很好地平衡街道和院落居民的私密性和社会性需求，为一系列睦邻交往行为的产生打造基础；（2）半遮挡样式的街道绿篱能有效地将街道行人的注意力引导到院落中，也将院落居民的注意力引入街道中的社交活动，进而提升双方交往意愿；（3）一层院落居民更喜欢部分开敞的院落，他们希望看见外面的休憩空间，但不希望看见交通等非社交的纯功能空间。研究提供了通过设计手段促进邻里交往的眼动追踪和行为学证据，为睦邻社区的建设提供了一种可行的路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Promoting positive social support through the construction of positive neighborhood interactions is one way to achieve urban healing.Effective neighborhood interaction depends on the shaping of activity spaces, particularly the facilitation of social activities in public, semi-public, and semiprivate spaces adjacent to residential areas. To this end, this study explores the impact of the degree of openness of semi-public and semi-private street interfaces on neighborhood interaction activities.We examine the effect of different levels of street interfaces on the willingness of residents to interact,rest, read, and carry out other social activities and the perception of space in the street, as well as the effect of the interface on activities such as the willingness to live in the residents’ compound. Combining reasons provided by participants and eye-movement data from their environmental observations during their decision-making process, the study attempts to explain the impact of street interfaces on social activities and daily usage. It draws the following conclusions:(1)Semi-shaded street hedges provide a good balance between the privacy and social needs of street and courtyard residents, creating the basis for a range of neighborly interaction behaviors.(2) Semi-shaded street hedges are effective in directing the attention of street pedestrians to the courtyard and the attention of courtyard residents to social activities in the street,thereby increasing their willingness to interact.(3)The residents of the ground floor prefer partially open courtyards where they could see the outside open spaces but do not see the non-social, purely functional spaces such as traffic. The study provides eye-tracking and behavioral evidence of the promotion of neighborhood interactions through design tools,offering a possible pathway for the construction of a livable neighborhood.更多还原
