排水深隧衬砌管片混凝土力学特性研究
Study on mechanical properties of concrete lining segment of drainage deep tunnel
【摘要】 衬砌管片混凝土的力学性能研究是判断城市排水深隧系统能否平稳运行的重要基础。文章针对衬砌混凝土开展了循环加卸载试验和蠕变扰动试验,研究了两种工况下衬砌混凝土的力学特性。结果表明:上限应力较低时,卸载变形模量随循环次数的增加缓慢增大;上限应力较高时,卸载变形模量随着循环次数的增加而先增大后减小;当上限应力突破某一阈值时,混凝土的加载和卸载变形模量出现衰减;相同循环次数下,损伤变量随上限应力增加而变大;相同扰动幅值下,随着预静载的增加累计扰动变形总体增大;在较高扰动幅值下,随扰动次数增加,累计扰动变形先减小后缓慢增加;构造了可以描述衬砌混凝土蠕变扰动后变形特征的蠕变扰动力学模型。
【Abstract】 The study on mechanical properties of concrete lining segment is an important basis for judging the operation of urban drainage deep tunnel system. This paper, through cyclic loading and unloading tests and creep disturbance tests, studies mechanical properties of lining concrete under two working conditions. The results show that when the upper limit stress is lower, the unloading deformation modulus slowly increases with the increase of the number of cycles. When the upper limit stress is higher, the unloading deformation modulus first increases and then decreases with the increase of the number of cycles. When the upper limit stress exceeds a certain threshold, the loading and unloading deformation modulus of concrete attenuates. Under the same number of cycles, the damage variable increases with the increase of the upper limit stress. Under the same disturbance amplitude, the cumulative disturbance deformation increases with the increase of initial static loading. When the disturbance amplitude is higher, the cumulative disturbance deformation first decreases and then increases slowly with the increase of disturbance times. A creep disturbance mechanical model is constructed to describe the deformation characteristics of lining concrete after creep disturbance.
