【摘要】 目的 探索首发精神分裂症患者的目标维持功能。方法 纳入41例首发精神分裂症患者（研究组）和29名健康人（对照组）,点阵模式预期（DPX）任务用来收集行为学数据包括AY、BX的错误率(E_AY、E_BX)和对AY、BX的反应时(RT_AY、RT_BX)以评估目标维持能力。在受试者执行任务的同一时间，通过对事件相关电位的测定来获取关联性负变（CNV）成分。结果 研究组E_BX-AY高于对照组（P<0.01）。研究组CNV_B波幅较对照组降低（P<0.01）,研究组CNV_B-A波幅较对照组降低（P<0.01）。结论 首发精神分裂症患者的目标维持功能受到损害。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the maintenance ability in patients with first-episode schizophrenia（FES）. Methods 41 FES patients（study group） and 29 healthy controls（control group） were studied. Behavioral data including error rates of AY and BX(E_AY, E_BX)and response times of AY and BX(RT_AY, RT_BX) were collected using Dot Pattern Expectancy（DPX） to assess the ability of goal maintenance. During the task, to measure event-related potentials by collecting EEG,so as to obtain contingent negative variation（CNV） components. Results The E_BX-AY in study group was greater than that in control group（P<0.01）. The CNV_B amplitude in study group was lower than that in control group（P<0.01）. The CNV_B-A amplitude in study group was lower than that in control group（P<0.01）. Conclusion Goal maintenance is impaired in patients with FES.更多还原
